The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to User. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes. - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter, supersedes all previous communications and agreements (whether oral or written), and may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties. - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may seek relief through arbitration as described above. - FORCE MAJEURE

In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable in a jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of this Agreement as to other jurisdictions. - GOVERNING LANGUAGE
The parties agree that English shall be the governing language for all purposes related to this Agreement. - ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, User acknowledges they have read them carefully before accessing or using the Service.
